🇨🇦 Custom-made window coverings manufactured by Apara-Transiplast recalled due to choking hazard for children

Hazard/Reason: Health Canada has determined that the recalled blinds do not meet the Corded Window Coverings Regulations and pose a choking hazard for young children. The products have small parts (end cap of lower rail) that can easily detach.   As of February 17, 2026, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
