🇨🇦 Tubby Tots Fizzy Flash Bath Magic recalled due to injury and impact hazard

Hazard/Reason: When the plastic container is opened, pieces of the bath bomb potions may be ejected and impact the consumer. As of February 16, 2026, the company has received no reports of the product ejecting pieces from the container or causing injury in Canada. In the United States, the company has received three reports of pieces ejecting forcefully from the plastic container when opened. Two consumers reported bruises and swelling after being struck in the arm and face, including one consumer who reported a chipped tooth.
