The recall is being issued due to a recall for Namic Angiographic Rotating Adaptor (RA) Control Syringes (Namic RA Syringes) that are packaged in Medline Convenience Kits. There is a potential of the rotating adaptor unwinding during use, potentially resulting in disconnection.
