Hazard/Reason: The affected product has no clutch device, resulting in continuous gear operation. The wheels will continue to spin with no external force interruption mechanism and may cause injury to an individual upon skin contact.    As of March 31st, 2026, the company has received no reports of incidents or injuries in Canada.
