Hazard/Reason: The cube component may crack or break, which may pose a choking hazard or risk of injury for children. As of March 31, 2026, the company has received no reports of incidents or injury in Canada. In the United States, US Consumer Product Safety Commission (CPSC) has received 20 reports of the toy’s cube cracking or breaking into small parts, including 1 report of a child swallowing sharp pieces.
