Hazard/Reason: Between April 13 and 16, 2026, the Visian® ICL™/TICL™ online calculation software may have generated incorrect Implant Orientation Diagram (IOD) printouts used for EVO/EVO+ Toric ICL implantation. The issue affected only the printed diagram and not the lenses themselves.
