Hazard/Reason: CHS was notified by BD Canada that they are conducting a recall of specific lots of the BD Chloraprep™ Clear - 1 ml and Clear 1.5 ml applicators. The BD Chloraprep™ Clear - 1 ml and Clear 1.5 ml applicators with paper lidding are being recalled due to potential breach of sterility in the packaging, due to wrinkles in the paper lidding which may extend to the seal area.CHS Ltd uses these Chloraprep applicators in the medical devices they manufacture.
