🇨🇦 UHI-4 High Flow Insufflation System - Insufflator

Hazard/Reason: Olympus identified an increase in UHI-4 front-panel 'blackout' complaints, where the front-panel display turns off unexpectedly, and air delivery (insufflation) ceases. An Olympus field service representative will contact affected users to schedule a mutually convenient time to perform the offset adjustment.
