Hazard/Reason: The fleece fabric on the inside of these sweatshirts fails to meet federal mandatory standards of fabric flammability, because it can ignite readily if exposed to flame, and therefore presents a serious risk of burn injuries, in violation of the Federal Flammable Fabrics Act.
